Hello everyone! We are here with another fascinating episode
with the excellent guest Valeria Villegas Lindvall! Researcher of
Feminism, horror and visual culture, we discussed and went into the
aspects of the 2019 novel Cometierra (Eartheater), by Dolores
Reyes.
We talk violence, feminicide, representation and police violence,
how art can be intensely political while still being beautiful. It
is a painful and horrifying book of even worse stories, so CW for
this violence, but a conversation to be had on what these
disappearances mean, for the individuals, for society, and what are
they really, deeply implicated by capitalism, violence and
domination! It is... a lot! But an essential talk to be had,
enjoy!!
